It’s the only Jazz Music School admitted by the China’s Education Administration. The faculty is a group of China's top Jazz musicians, experts, guest professors and foreign teachers.

　　The school was founded in 1996, has opened courses of professional jazz piano, guitar, bass, drums, saxophone, brass, Cuba Percussion, etc. In addition to some traditional courses, the school offers some module classes. With diversified teaching styles, including Jazz, Rock, Latin, R & B, Funk, Blues, the school dedicated to cultivate individual, market-oriented performance talents. We constantly conducting the research and explore on theoretical knowledge of modern music and techniques of modern music performance. A standard and systematic Jazz music teaching system of modern music was set up in China.

　　After more than ten years hard working, this school has trained a large number of talented students. Many of them have published albums, won awards in major national competitions. Among them, the "Right & Left Band" won first place in the Beijing Division of 2007 Yamaha Asian Beat Competition; Yu Yang won first prize with 500,000 yuan in program “I’ve got talent”, Hunan TV; Chen Chen and Ma Minghui are the key members of Chinese State Band of Traditional Instrument; In the "AK-47 Band", our graduates Han Tian played as the bassist; And bassist Liu Yang in "Zheng Jun Band", guitarist Zhou Kun in "Thin Men Band", keyboard player Su Bodai in "Siqingerile Band ", bassist Ma Kai in " Sand Band ",etc. These graduates have become an important pillar of China's modern music industry.
